Keep the downtown walk compact: Nathan Phillips Square, St. Lawrence Market and Harbourfront Centre sit in the central core, though the waterfront route has a construction detour near Lower Simcoe. Allan Gardens is a separate east-side stop; High Park is a west-end trip best reached by transit. The High Park Animal Display is closed for construction until spring 2027, and unpaved trails are not maintained in winter.
