Las Vegas is easiest to explore one pocket at a time: the central Strip, downtown’s Fremont Street and 18b Arts District, then the desert installation south of town. Seven Magic Mountains sits about 10 miles south of the Las Vegas Boulevard–St. Rose Parkway junction and has no public transport, so it needs a separate ride. Heat, crowds and resort hours can change how much fits into a day.
