Downtown Arts District mural walk

Murals and working galleries fill the 18b neighbourhood just south of downtown.

What to expect

Known as 18b after its original 18-block footprint, the Arts District has expanded into a cluster of galleries, studios, vintage shops, cafés and painted walls southwest of downtown. Murals are spread across the neighbourhood rather than arranged as one formal trail, so leave time to follow the streets that catch your eye.

Walking public streets and viewing outdoor murals is free. Gallery admissions, events, shopping, food and drink may cost extra.

Visitor notes

Start with a current district map or event guide: storefronts and individual murals change, and galleries have their own hours. The City of Las Vegas Downtown Loop shuttle lists Arts District stops at Art Way and Boulder Avenue and on Main Street near California and Colorado avenues; service hours vary by day, so check the city’s live information. Public streets remain active with traffic, deliveries and residents.
