What to expect

West Kowloon Art Park is a public waterfront landscape of open lawns, planted paths and harbour views beside M+ and the Hong Kong Palace Museum. Walk the promenade for a broad Victoria Harbour outlook or use the lawn for a pause between museum districts; the galleries themselves are separate, ticketed visits.

The public Art Park and promenade are free. M+ and Palace Museum exhibitions, food, events and optional services may charge separately.

Visitor notes

The district authority's access guide lists daily hours of 06:00–23:00, with adjustments possible for weather or special circumstances. Parts of the park may close for works or events; check the current park announcement and follow temporary signs. Do not treat M+ or Palace Museum opening hours as Art Park hours.
