Triana riverside and Calle Betis

What to expect

On the Triana bank of the Guadalquivir, Calle Betis follows the water past colourful façades and terraces. Look across for the Giralda, Cathedral and Torre del Oro, then continue toward Triana Bridge and the neighbourhood's older streets. The riverside is especially photogenic near sunset; the official city guide warns that weekends and holiday periods can be crowded. Market, church, restaurant and kayak visits are separate from the public walk.
