What to expect

A free street-level view of Taipei 101 takes in the tower from Xinyi's wide pavements and public plazas. Going up is a different, ticketed visit: the observatory sits 382 metres above the district, and its operator lists daily hours of 10:00–21:00 with last admission at 20:15. The ticket counter and observatory entrance are temporarily on the Office Tower's first floor through 25 December 2026; check for a new notice after that date.
