What to expect

Pueblito Paisa is a 33-hectare hilltop park whose summit sits about 80 metres above the surrounding city. Its stone plaza, church, fountain and Casa Cural recreate the form of a traditional Antioquian town; the site opened in 1978. The free outdoor hill and summit are open daily 05:30–22:00 according to the city tourism guide. Restaurants, artisan shops and indoor attractions such as Museo de Ciudad have their own hours and may charge.

Visitor notes

The tourism authority lists Exposiciones Metro plus roughly a ten-minute walk to the Cerro Nutibara turn, or Metroplús to Nutibara. Reaching the summit involves an uphill route; the official visitor page also describes ecological trails. The hill was renewed for sustainable access, and private vehicles should be left in nearby parking rather than driven to the top. The city reports newer LED lighting installed in January 2026, but this is not a current safety or path-closure bulletin.
