Parque de Málaga
Walk the shaded central park between the old town and the port, with subtropical planting, fountains and sculptures.
What to expect
Málaga’s central park covers 3.3 hectares along Paseo del Parque. The city says the planting includes species from different regions, with palms, dragon trees, plane trees and ficus among its subtropical mix. Fountains and monuments line the walk, and the park sits next to Palmeral de las Sorpresas, making it a useful green stretch between the old centre and the harbour. The current municipal page does not publish daily gate hours, so check local notices if you are visiting around maintenance or an event.
