City Park is a large public landscape rather than one single attraction. The Conservancy lists more than 1,300 acres; its free outdoor choices include walking trails, Big Lake, Couturie Forest, playgrounds and the Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden. The route is spread across the park, so use the official map to choose one area instead of expecting to cover everything on foot. The Botanical Garden, Carousel Gardens, Storyland, City Putt, rentals and some events have separate prices.
