Montjuïc gardens and viewpoints
A hillside garden walk with a short botanical trail and nearby harbour overlooks; paid attractions are separate.
What to expect
Montjuïc is too spread out for one quick circuit. A useful anchor is Jardins de Jacint Verdaguer, a public hillside garden that still appears under its former name, Mossèn Cinto Verdaguer, on some older maps. The City’s botanical itinerary maps a 350-metre section that takes about 25 minutes. Continue separately to Mirador de l’Alcalde for broad harbour views. The routes climb and include steps, so choose a section that suits your time and mobility rather than trying to cover the whole hill.
