Man Mo Temple
Visit a declared historic temple compound on Hollywood Road, still used for worship and community rites.
What to expect
The Hollywood Road compound comprises Man Mo Temple, Lit Shing Kung and Kung Sor, built between 1847 and 1862. The temple honours the Civil God of Literature and the Martial God; the adjacent halls also served community and religious purposes. Its incense-filled main hall remains an active place of worship, not a museum gallery.
