What to expect
Gradac is Dubrovnik’s oldest existing public park, opened in 1898. The City reopened it in September 2026 after its first complete restoration, with renewed walking paths, viewpoints, lighting and seating, plus a playground, outdoor gathering space and an accessible public toilet. The park is a free outdoor visit; Lovrijenac Fortress below it is a separate ticketed attraction. The city notice confirms the toilet is adapted for disabled visitors and people with reduced mobility, but it does not say every sloping park path is step-free. Use the new signed paths and check municipal notices for any later maintenance or event closures.
