Darsena and Navigli waterfront

Start at Milan's old harbour basin and follow the two canals into Navigli.

What to expect

Darsena is the restored basin of Milan's former river port, where the Naviglio Grande and Naviglio Pavese meet. Follow a short stretch of either canal for waterside views, bridges and places such as Vicolo dei Lavandai. The public quay and streets are free; canal trips, food, markets and venues cost extra.
