The covered hall hosts the Apple Market and street performers, while shops and restaurants spill into surrounding lanes. The public space remains open at all hours, but the stall and shop schedules are narrower: the operator lists the Apple Market daily 10:00–18:00 and the East Colonnade Market 10:30–19:00.
