Chicago Cultural Center
A free indoor stop for stained glass, architecture and rotating cultural exhibitions beside Millennium Park.
What to expect
The Chicago Cultural Center opened as the city’s central public library and remains a civic building for exhibitions, talks, performances and other public programs. Two stained-glass domes anchor its interiors; Preston Bradley Hall is a useful first stop. It sits across Michigan Avenue from Millennium Park, making it a practical indoor companion on a downtown walk or a rainy afternoon.
