Liberty Square opens into a broad ceremonial plaza framed by the white-and-blue memorial hall, National Theater and National Concert Hall. The hall itself is listed daily from 09:00 to 18:00; those hours apply to the building, not the outdoor square.

Walking Liberty Square and viewing the exterior are free. The memorial hall interior follows its own 09:00–18:00 schedule; performances and nearby food or transport are separate.

Visitor notes

The city guide lists accessible lifts, toilets and wheelchair rental at the hall. Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall MRT is beside the grounds. Large civic gatherings can change access to the plaza, so check current notices before travelling.
