What to expect
Approach through Pariser Platz to see the sandstone gate from both sides, then follow Unter den Linden toward Museum Island. The restored gate is more than a photo stop: it sits at the edge of a square rebuilt after reunification, beside the Adlon, the Academy of Arts and two embassies.
